Applicants who are applying for positions in nursing must have a current Michigan license (L.P.N.’s and R.N.’s) or a current Michigan certification (CNA’s) Nurse aide trainee is an entry level position for applicants seeking education and employment as a caregiver. Applications are returned to the facility and when outside hiring is needed, interviews with the Administrator and appropriate department head are scheduled. Company policy asks for a criminal records check and anyone with a felony charge cannot be considered. Information on all applications is to be correct and to the best of your knowledge. Once considered for the position, you must pass a routine physical examination and drug screen, proving you are physically capable of completing the employment tasks you are hired for.
