Here at Lapeer County Medical Care Facility we understand staying in touch with your loved one can be difficult.  We like to offer you many ways to keep in contact.  Our "Email a Resident" feature gives you as a friend or family member the ability to write a personal message and have it hand delivered to the room of the resident.  This is a wonderful way to write a resident if you are not able to visit our facility.  It's as easy as filing out the form below!
