The goals of our Rehab Department are to improve disability and/or relieve pain; develop, improve or restore motor function; and to maintain maximum performance within the resident's abilities. Our Rehab Department includes, but is not limited to, such equipment as parallel bars, weights, shoulder wheel, bicycle exerciser, hydrotherapy, and moist heat treatments. The Rehabilitation department is composed of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Each of these disciplines strive to achieve the maximum functional potential for each resident within the scope of their respective skills and training.

The Rehabilitation Department consists of:

• 1 Physical Therapist
• 2 Full Time and 1 Part Time Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• 2 Occupational Therapists
• 1 Part Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• 1 Speech Therapist
• 1 Rehabilitation Aide

Our Registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist assess residents and sets up a therapeutic program consistent with individual needs.



Families/representatives will be contacted regarding proposed treatment plans and will be informed of any charges not covered by your insurance. Services are offered Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (for qualifying residents, Physical Therapy is also provided on Saturdays)
