Lapeer County Medical Care Facility is an Equal Opportunity Employer and one of the largest employers in Lapeer County. We invest in our people. Minimum wage rates discourage recruitment and retention of dedicated caring persons to provide the compassionate care our residents require. We encourage our staff to consider their jobs a career, not merely a stopover, thus, significantly slowing down the revolving door of staff turnover, which is disruptive to continuity as well as quality of resident care. Our wage and benefit package is a generous one and we feel our staff deserves it.
